At Evolution Combat Academy we train sport Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ), No Gi submission Grappling, Mixed Martial arts and Western Boxing . .
Although not all students desire to compete, nonetheless we train as a team and as such it is the responsibility of each student to help their team mates to improve. No previous training is necessary. You can start at the beginning and build a strong foundation before moving on to more complicated maneuvers. 
Training is without ego.
It’s a great work out and above all good fun !
